Seaport Village - San Diego - Great Place to Visit - Hyatt Manchester - Perfect Weekend -Southern California


San Diego just has so much to see.  So, here is a little information on Seaport Village.  The photo is of the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel.  An exceptional place to stay.  The Manchester Hyatt is at the edge of Seaport Village and in the downtown area too.  The views are gorgeous from all directions.

Seaport Village has a lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities.  Also a wonderful place to walk.  All along the water - perfect.


The USS Midway is very close too.


The area is a delightful place to eat, walk and shop all adjacent to San Diego Bay.


This weekend they had some type of triathlon going on and we found this wonderful signage.


I love traveling around Southern California.  San Diego is great!!

Singapore!!! OMG!!! It is Amazing!!

Singapore is absolutely beautiful.  It is even stunning in the middle of a thunder storm.  It is exceptionally clean.  We stayed at the fabulous Marina Bay Sands Hotel - Fantastic!!  I can't imagine staying any where else.  Although every place is probably just as lovely.  The hotel is perfectly located for viewing two different light shows every evening. The hotel has an infinity pool that goes along the connecting top floor of the hotel.  One light show takes place in the bay and the other light show takes place in the gardens on the opposite side of the hotel.  Both light shows perform twice a night.  We literally went from one to the other, we watched the famous metal palm trees show from the top deck of the hotel and then dashed to our room to see the light show on the bay. The photo shows the metal palm trees that light up at night to music. The palm trees are actually in the Gardens by the Bay.   It was truly magical.  I had seen the Bachelor season where they trav
